A concierge nursing client went from 149 organic clicks a month to 489 in three months.
No ads. The people who need a concierge nurse are usually searching for the first time in their lives, often the week a family member comes out of hospital, and most of them do not know the phrase before they need it.
The problem with being good at something nobody can name
Concierge nursing is a real service with a naming problem. Someone whose father is being discharged on Friday with a wound that needs dressing does not search for a concierge nurse. They search for what is actually happening to them, and they do it at eleven at night, and whoever answers that search gets the call.
This client was invisible for all of it. The practice was good, the reputation was good, and the website was reaching almost nobody who did not already know the business name.
What we built
We run the website, the articles and the search and AI visibility work for this client. There are no ads on this account. Everything below is organic.
The work was not clever. It was answering the questions those families actually type, in plain language, on pages a search engine and an answer engine can both read. What a concierge nurse does. What hospital discharge papers are. How long a discharge takes. What in-home care costs after a stroke. Each one is somebody's worst week, typed into a search box.
What happened
Over the three months to 22 September 2026 the site took 953 clicks from 51,900 impressions, at an average position of 9.4.
The number that matters is not the total, it is the direction. Clicks grew from 149 in the first month of that window to 489 in the third.
| Week beginning | Organic clicks |
|---|---|
| 23 June 2026 | 24 |
| 30 June 2026 | 19 |
| 7 July 2026 | 39 |
| 14 July 2026 | 50 |
| 21 July 2026 | 47 |
| 28 July 2026 | 65 |
| 4 August 2026 | 61 |
| 11 August 2026 | 86 |
| 18 August 2026 | 84 |
| 25 August 2026 | 77 |
| 1 September 2026 | 123 |
| 8 September 2026 | 119 |
| 15 September 2026 | 134 |
The site now ranks on page one for 28 different searches. Twenty six of those are not the business name, which is the whole point. Those are people who did not know this practice existed, searching for help and finding it.
That includes the two phrases that matter most in this category: concierge nursing at position 6.8, and concierge nurse at position 8.0.
What we are not claiming
We are not telling you this produced a specific number of patients. We can measure what search engines do because we can read that directly. We cannot see this client's patient list, and we are not going to estimate it and present the estimate as a result.
We are not showing you a percentage against the previous period. The Search Console property was created at the start of this window, so the prior three months read as almost nothing. Comparing against it would measure when tracking started, not growth. Every figure on this page is inside one window on one property.
Some of the early curve is a new site being indexed rather than work we did. We have left that in rather than pick a start date that flatters us.
Where the numbers come from
Google Search Console, the Performance report, for the three months from 23 June to 22 September 2026. Read on 24 September 2026. The weekly figures in the table sum to 928, and the remaining 25 clicks fall in the final partial week, which is why the chart stops at 15 September.
The client is not named because we have not asked for permission to name them. When we do, and if they agree, their name will go on this page and not before.
