  1. Do you offer prescription medication (for example weight loss or hormone therapy) and run Google ads that reach any state where you are not licensed?
  2. Do you advertise stem cell, PRP or other cell therapy on Google?
  3. Do you bid on prescription drug names, such as a branded GLP-1 medication, as Google keywords without Google’s healthcare certification?
  4. Do your Meta ads speak to the viewer about their own health (for example “Struggling with low energy?”)?
  5. Have you uploaded a patient or customer list to Google Ads to target ads (Customer Match)?
