We market real medical clinics. Not RUO peptide brands. Not pop-up med spas.

PELORA runs compliant, legal paid ads and full marketing systems for licensed concierge medicine, functional medicine, regenerative medicine, and hormone replacement therapy (HRT) clinics. If you're a pop-up med spa or a research-only peptide brand, we're not the right fit — and we'll tell you on the first call.

Who we work with

Four kinds of clinics. That's it.

Every client has a licensed medical provider on the page (MD, DO, NP, or PA), malpractice insurance, and operates within FDA, FTC, and state compliance. If that's you, keep reading.

Who we don't work with

We say no on the first call.

Saying no protects every client we DO take. Below is the short list of categories we won't run paid ads for — not because the business model is wrong, but because the marketing math doesn't work.

No

RUO research-only peptide brands

Brands selling peptides under "research use only — not for human consumption" framing. Meta and Google won't run ads. The whole category lives on coded affiliates and influencer programs with constant FDA / FTC enforcement risk. Not the right fit for our retainer model.

No

Pop-up med spas

Med spas without consistent medical oversight — no on-site MD, rotating injectors, no malpractice trail, ads keep getting flagged. The risk profile is too high. We work with med spas that have a real licensed medical director, but most pop-ups don't qualify.

No

Anyone running ads without a licensed provider on the page

If your "marketing" is selling ketamine, GLP-1, or off-label compounds and the customer never sees a licensed clinician's name — that's a one-way ticket to a banned account and an FDA letter. Not our lane.

No

Unlicensed wellness operators

"Wellness coaches" prescribing supplements or compounded products without proper licensure. Both unethical and unworkable from an ad-platform standpoint. Get licensed, then come back — we'll work with you.

We're not the agency for everyone. We're the agency for licensed clinics that want to scale without ad bans and compliance headaches.

How we do it legally

Six channels. All compliant.

For licensed medical clinics, these six channels work together. No black-hat tactics. No banned-account risk. Just a real marketing engine built around your licensed provider.

Step 1

Google Search Ads

High-intent search terms: "concierge doctor [city]", "functional medicine near me", "HRT clinic [city]". Medical disclaimers in every ad. No off-label claims. LegitScript-ready frameworks where required.

Step 2

Meta Ads (FB & IG)

Healthcare-compliant video ads — no prohibited targeting, no implied diagnoses, no before/after that violates ad rules. Pre-approved through Meta's healthcare review queue. HIPAA-aware from day one.

Step 3

Founder-Led Video

Your physician on-camera explaining philosophy, protocols, and what makes your practice different. 10–30 cuts per month from one on-location shoot. Builds trust faster than any other format.

Step 4

Patient Story Interviews

Real patients on camera — filmed with written HIPAA-compliant consent and content release. Used in ads, landing pages, email, and organic social. Nothing converts like a real patient telling their story.

Step 5

AEO & GEO + Local SEO

Get cited by name when patients ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews about your specialty in your city. Schema markup, FAQ content, NAP consistency, citation building.

Step 6

CRM + Reviews + Follow-up

Email and SMS nurture for the 4–12 week consideration window. Automated review collection (Google Reviews drive ranking). Lead never falls through the cracks.

Compliance basics

The boring stuff we get right so your account stays alive.

Medical disclaimers in every ad "Results vary. Consult a licensed physician." Standard across all paid channels.
Licensed-provider language Every page names the prescribing physician. Their license is on file. No "wellness coach" loopholes.
No off-label claims We never claim a treatment cures conditions it isn't FDA-approved for. Period.
HIPAA-aware patient stories Written content release + HIPAA disclosure for every patient who appears on camera. Forms reviewed by counsel.
LegitScript guidance where required For categories Google requires it (addiction adjacent, some peptide protocols). We walk you through the application.
Healthcare review queue (Meta) Ads pre-flighted through Meta's healthcare reviewers before launch. Fewer surprises, fewer disapprovals.

PELORA Marketing is not a law firm. Compliance frameworks above are based on industry best practices; specific cases should be reviewed by your healthcare attorney.

FAQ

Questions clinic owners ask on the first call.

Research-use-only peptide brands sell under "not for human consumption" framing where Meta and Google refuse to run ads. The category survives on coded affiliates, influencer programs, and constant FDA / FTC enforcement risk — expensive, slow, and not a fit for our paid-ads-driven retainer model. Licensed clinics that prescribe peptides through compounding pharmacies under proper medical oversight are different — we do work with those when they're part of a concierge, functional, or HRT practice.
Pop-up med spas without consistent medical oversight (no on-site MD, rotating injectors, no malpractice trail) get ads flagged constantly and have a high probability of regulatory action. Meta and Google have been ramping enforcement. Med spas with a real licensed medical director, proper malpractice insurance, and a clean compliance trail — we'll talk. Most pop-ups don't qualify.
Yes — when it's done right. Licensed HRT and TRT clinics with prescribing physicians can advertise on Meta and Google. We submit ads through Meta's healthcare review queue, use licensed-provider language, include medical disclaimers ("results vary, consult a physician"), avoid prohibited targeting (no inferring health conditions), and never make off-label claims. Most HRT clinics we onboard are running compliant ads within 2–3 weeks of launch.
Founder-led video content (the physician on camera explaining philosophy and protocols), high-intent Google Search ads ("concierge doctor [city]"), Meta retargeting with patient testimonials, real patient story interviews filmed with written consent, Google Reviews collection, a website that prequalifies on price and clinical depth, and AEO/GEO so ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews cite your practice by name. We run all of it in-house.
For most concierge, functional, regenerative, and HRT clinics: first qualified leads in 30–45 days. Months 2–3 separate winning creatives from losers. Months 3–6 are when the system compounds — cost-per-call drops, lead quality rises. Our standard initial term is 90 days because that's the minimum window to build a real creative library, test paid channels, and run a full CRM nurture cycle.
Six retainer tiers from $2,500/mo (Launch) for single-location clinics, up to $18,000+/mo (Full-Service) for multi-location practices and CMO-level partnerships. Most clinics land at Growth ($4,500/mo) or Dominate ($8,000/mo). Ad spend is billed directly to the clinic, never marked up. 3-month initial term, then month-to-month.
Headquartered in Newport Beach, California. We shoot on-location across Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego, and the Inland Empire weekly. For clinics outside Southern California: we fly to your location for the on-site shoot day (usually one trip per quarter) and run everything else remotely. The clinic roster splits roughly 60% Southern California, 40% national.
